Sympathy Card ~ Masculine

Card Request ~ Creative Card Angels

My friend asked us to send sympathy cards to the husband of her best friend after her passing. It's hard to photograph foil but I tried.
Another view

The background is Spellbinders Deco Squared. I find it to be perfect for Masculine cards. The nautical scene is an unbranded die I ordered and the label is another Spellbinder die with silver embossing powder. The inside sentiment is from a stamp set designed especially for members of Creative Card Angels.

Have an awesome day!

Birthday Card

Hey peeps! It's been a while.  I haven't really been crafting much due to starting a new job and working late hours.  I hope to get back to crafting like I used to pretty soon. These dang jobs just interfere with all our fun! 😊

This was a card request from the Facebook group that I am a memebr of, Creative card Angels. It was for someone that was very sad after losing two people that were very close to her within a few days apart. She was sad and her friend , the requestor, wanted to cheer her up.

Thanks for stopping by!

Napkin Card

I might have posted this before but never finished it. It a card made with a napkin. I needed a quick card for a friend's dad.  He celebrating his 80th birthday and loves handmade cards. I love this card! Youmay not be able to see it in the picture, but I used the glitter Mod Podge ( more evident in the feathers) to adhere the napkin to the card base. I designsed the inside with the Silhouette software. I hope he enjoys it.

My friend retired this year and this is what I made for her. I gave her $1.00 for year of work. This was easy and fund to make with my Silhouette Cameo. I also did the gradient color with my software.

I used a die that I've had for many years and never used it.  It's called the Spellbinders Rose Blossoms Edgeabilities. I may try to use it again.

Birthday Badge

All I can say is when you agree to make something for someone, you need to remember how to make it!!! I hadn't made one of these is a long time.  It almost took me out but I did it. You can bet I wrote down directions this time!!!

It was a hit at her school.  I forgot to add the pins so that the money could be pinned to the ribbon, but she handled it!  She collected over $200.00!!!
Have a great day!

Encouragement Card

Card Request ~ Creative Card Angels

This request came from a member of our card group for her church member.

"would like for the Creative Card Angels to make cards for my Church Administrator! She has been diagnosed with cancer and is going through radiation and is having a hard time dealing with everything! "

This is what I came up with. I traced and cut the church with my Silhouette Cameo.

Graduation Cards

We had three graduates in our family recently, two on the same weekend! All headed to college! What a Blessing!

I made each card (3) in their school colors,  On the inside, I personalized the image to fit their activity/personality while in school.

The first card is for our cousin Alysia.  She's a beautiful young lady that I'm sure will be doing great things in college.
 Inside of Alysia's card
This one is for our cousin Marcus, the track star! He has a scholarship to college. We looking forward to seeing him excel in his academics as well as in track and field.
 Inside of Marcus's card
This one is for our cousin "Jay".  Jay played football in school until he injured his knee. He's much better now and is planning on playing football in college. We can't wait for that!

We are so very proud of each one of them!
